Therapy Services

  • Individual Therapy

    In individual therapy, the focus is solely on you and your well-being. My hope is that by providing a safer, nonjudgmental space for you to explore whatever you would like to bring to our sessions together, we can work toward your personal goals and help you create a life that aligns with the one you would like to live.

  • Relationship Therapy

    Relationship therapy, also known as couples therapy, is aimed at helping romantic partners create changes in their lives to increase relationship satisfaction. In relationship therapy, we will focus on specific goals, such as improving communication skills and gaining a better understanding of each other and your relationship. (Not currently accepting new relationship therapy participants.)

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • During this first session, we will mainly be focused on getting to know each other and seeing whether you feel like my approach could be a good fit for you. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and explore potential therapy goals.

  • A standard therapy session is 50 minutes. This allows me to have enough time to wrap up our session together, schedule our next session, and write my notes.

  • I offer both! On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I provide the option of meeting with me either virtually or in-person at Forest Lane Therapy, and on Wednesdays, I offer virtual sessions only. Virtual sessions can be held either by video or over the phone, depending on your preference.

  • Individual therapy sessions are currently $125 and relationship therapy sessions are $135.

  • I currently do not offer direct billing. However, please check with your insurance provider to see if they cover services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). My license number is #10008599.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming therapy session, I ask that you please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Barring any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, cancelling your upcoming session less than 24 hours before the start of your session will result in the full fee being charged.
